Ben Heller believes that the foundation for a successful attorney-client relationship is efficient communication and collaboration. With these ingredients in place, Mr. Heller enjoys working with his clients to develop creative solutions to complex legal problems.
Mr. Heller, who proudly calls downtown Tucson home, joined the firm of Bellovin & Karnas after graduating from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in May 2014. As an Associate in Bellovin & Karnas’ Torts & Personal Injury Group, Mr. Heller routinely works with injured clients on issues including class actions, toxic tort, products liability, premises liability, and vehicle accidents in both federal and state court.
During his time at the University of Arizona College of Law, Mr. Heller was a Paul Marcus Public Interest Law Fellow, served on the editorial board of the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy, and represented clients through the Juvenile & Family Law Clinic. These experiences have stayed with Mr. Heller and drive his desire to assist individuals through challenging periods of their lives.
Before he called Tucson home, Mr. Heller received his baccalaureate from the College of William & Mary, in Williamsburg, Virginia, and lived in New Orleans and New York City. Mr. Heller’s travels have taught him that the struggles of life are universal and that challenges are best met with teamwork.
